From early planning to final finishes, we managed every aspect: interior framing, full MEP installation, commercial kitchen setup, and elegant, brand-aligned design features — all delivered on time and with no compromise on quality.

This wasn’t just another restaurant project. From the beginning, Cha Sha was designed with growth in mind. Every inch of the space was built to reflect a scalable brand identity, capable of supporting franchise expansion, and today, that vision is becoming a reality. As Cha Sha moves forward with plans to launch multiple locations, we’re proud to say that the original space was designed and constructed by Canadalux with this purpose in mind.
